Richard Skipper President & CEO
Richard formed
SKIHI
Enterprises, Ltd. in 1981 and has developed it into one of the
premier mechanical contracting firms in the Dallas- Fort Worth Metroplex.
Richard has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from University
of Texas- Arlington and over 35 years experience in the industry.
Richard directs the general management of the company with
responsibility for corporate strategies, attitudes, activities and
results.

Coy Skipper Executive
Vice President - Estimating and Purchasing
Coy manages the estimating
department
and oversees the bidding process on major projects. In addition, Coy
handles the purchasing of rough-in materials to assure accurate
quantities, sizes and delivery. His direct interaction with the
suppliers from the time of bid through award and purchasing allows
continuity to the procurement of the materials used on the projects. Coy
studied Business at the University of North Texas. Coy has 20 plus years
experience in mechanical contracting.

Jackie Skipper Corporate Secretary
As with any
multi-million dollar corporation the accounting functions and
computerized management systems are vital to our success. Jackie
manages all cash disbursement, accounts payable, receivables,
payroll and computerized management reporting tools. Jackie
oversees a staff which handles workman's compensation programs,
both in-house and OCIP; personnel and payroll. Jackie has been at
this position with SKIHI since its inception in 1981.

Bob Stodghill Executive Vice President -
Operations and Preconstruction Services
Bob has vast experience in the
Mechanical construction industry ranging from Operations to Business
Development. With a degree from Texas A&M University in Building Construction, and
35 years of experience, Bob assists Richard in managing all of SKIHI's
construction activities. He also provides SKIHI's customers with
conceptual budgets, early design strategies, scheduling, and
constructability advice during the early preconstruction phase of their
projects.

Bruce Smith Vice President - Local
Operations Manager
Bruce graduated from Texas A&M
University in May 1978. In the past 31+ years he has worked in
estimating, purchasing, and project management roles, for almost every
size and type of project in the commercial industry. Bruce has been a
team member at SKIHI Enterprises since February 1995 and is currently
Vice President - Local Operations Manager.

Neil McKittrick Vice President - Specialty
Operations Manager
Neil directs the Project Management and
Engineering of the major construction projects exceeding $10,000,000. He
is responsible for our design/assist efforts, estimating, purchasing,
cost control, scheduling and coordination for all of the larger projects
obtained by SKIHI. Neil has over 35 years in the industry including past
experience working with architectural & engineering firms and also with
construction management companies. He attended Texas A&M University and
majored in Engineering Technology/Industrial Technology.
